The BFH was not bad at all. Don't be scared of it. The metal bends easily 99% of the time.
This is not my car but here is a pic. Dont pay attention to the bumpstops cut off. BFH in the red circled area.

I can get a better idea of size from chukabara's pics or whatever the **** his name is. I bet if you took the FIRST pic you took and got lower to the ground, it'd give a better idea, at least to me. When you BFH, does the fender give easily? Or do you really gotta WAIL on it?

Some side shots of mine:
The fenders give pretty easily. I used a 3lb drilling hammer for the bigger areas and a 1lb hammer for the smaller areas.
