Default MT 315\35\17 Drag Radial results anyone?

I have a set on order from Jegs but they are out of stock at the moment.

Has anybody run these at the track or hit it on the street and if so what did you think? I was curious how they work with the new look of them. I have run the BFG's, Nitto's, and MT 275\50\15 DR's in the past so how do they work compared to the orignal tread design MT Dr's?

I'm running the new M/T 315 35 17's,i just took off a perfect set of bfg 315's.There is no comparison between these tires! I was blown away at how they hook on the street and my car makes over 400 to the tires n/a,These tires RULE!

That is what I was hoping to hear.
I was in the same boat just took off a new set of 315 BFG's and sold them for these if only they would come in. My car makes around the same power NA with the heads and cam setup it's the SS3600 that is so hard on the tires. I am really looking forward to some good traction on the street and more so at the track.

They are not as narrow as nitto 315s.There is a 408 nitrous car with 800rwhp in my town with them and he can hook in 1st gear with a 300 shot!My 325s do good too!

Wow that is very impressive.

Does anybody know where to find these "in stock"? I called MT direct and they said they have alot in stock. I called Jegs and Summit and they tell me they won't have any in until the 24th.

Down right dangerous. Not a daily driver tire by any means.

I haven't driven in the rain yet, but as far as traction they are A++++++. They run bigger than most 315's and mine were rubbing inside the wheel well in one spot. Nothing a good mallet couldn't fix. Great tire though, I can foot brake it to about 2500 and just stomp it and no spin at all. All they know how to do is hook up

I know that i've seen cases where a car spins worse making less power b/c the tires aren't being planted into the ground as hard. If they are pounded into the ground, they will hook better. Might not be the case here but I have seen it.
