Default Black rims on NBM car? Pics?

I can't really picture what black rims on a NBM car like mine would look like. Does anyone have any opinions or pics that i could see? I'm thinking about getting the Z06 rims, but the pics don't need to be those as long as they are black.

Thanks.

Hmm... not sure how I like that. I think maybe the regular chrome I like better with the Z06 rims...

That car looks strangely familiar though... lol

I'm thinking of going with a NBM/Silver theme to the car. So far all I've done is stick the silver bird on the front and the "Trans Am"s on the side, but i would like to get some other stuff too. I'm thinking 18" chrome Z06 rims, corsa (or knock-off) tips, make the bird/ta on the back lights silver, and then get silver PONTIAC letters for the rear as well. Maybe paint the side vents in front of the door silver too, but I'm not sure about that. I want a nice clean looking TA with silver/blue that doesn't look too "show-off"y. lol

Thats about exactly what I did except Chrome accents instead of silver. I'm still debating weather to PC my rims or just get some 17" Z06 wheels from TomzWheels.

What made you want 17" instead of 18"? I'm thinking about getting 18" Z06 rims because i think that it would look better with a tad bit bigger rims.

For tire prices & DR availability. Mine isn't a show type car, its a daily driver that does some street racing duty & goes to the track every now & again. So for me 18's are more than I want.

Oh ok. Well thats almost exactly what my car is too, but I still think i would like 18's. I think the rims look pretty good already, but I think a tiny bit bigger would make them look just right.

On a side note, i can't believe how dirty those rims can get o_O. Last night I was just messing around and wiped my rim with a cloth and it got all shiny . lol. I was really surprised how dirty they were and I couldn't even tell. I figured they were fairly clean because I spray them with our power washer to clean them, but not anymore after seeing what was still left. Washing the rims/tire foaming the tires did wonders for the look of my car . Now I just have to wash the rest of it this weekend....
