Read The Sticky, it's there for exactly this reason.
i would definitely not put 245-width tires on a 10" wide rim, especially ones with that short of a sidewall
i'm going to assume you're talking about an f-body here....if so, i really don't think 20" wheels is going to look good, perform good, or last long (if it's driven on the street much)
if you absolutely have to go big, my cut-off limit would be 19's.....but preferably 18's so that they don't look out of place
but if you're absolutely dead-set on 20's, stick with 275-width or wider on all 4's

I think with 20x10's up front your gonna rub. I may be wrong so someone correct me if so but I was under the impression that lowered about the biggest you could go was 18x9.5 up front.

You actually have more space up front than in the rear. I was running 315's all around. 11" fronts with 11.5" rears
And being that the car is lowered the wheel and tire will tend to tuck in more at the top.

Your at the limit with that offset.
Given the fact that your car is lowered you should be golden just like I was. You have to understand the more the car is lowered the more the top of the tire moves in. Following the arc of the suspension travel. If it was a stock height car I would say no go with that offset.
Your tire will be flush, but you are at the limit....still should be behind the fender. But everyone's expectation is different.
Personally I like a 285 on a 10" wheel over a 275....more side wall to protect the rim.
But if I had to recommend one over the other. Go with the one that's shorter in overall height. So go with the 275/30's.......make sure the tire is no taller than 26" maybe 26.1" max
GL and post some pics when you get them mounted.
