Default 19X10 Up front?

Got a question for yall, i was mounting my baer brake kit and put my front wheels on (no tires) and when i turned them inward my rims would hit the front of the wheel well. So if the rim hits i know im gonna have some serious problems when i get tires. Did i go to wide in the front. I know ive seen a few people run these but am i missing something, i just cant BFH it. Anybody wanna chime in please?

What is the offset of the wheel? Sounds like it is sitting to far out. I am running 18x9.5 in the front with a 45mm offset and 255/35/18 tires.

honestly i dont know what the offset is. I aquired them from a local seller and they told me it would fit F-bodys. I noticed that they are a little bit more foward in the well. I have fully adjustable suspension so i may just have to move them a little back but just wanted to hear some expeirences from somebody else who may have had this problem.

Yes please pics of that bracket would be sweet. I knew i might run into some trouble up front but i didnt think just the rim would hit. I dont even have the damn tires on yet lol. I know they stick out just a little past the fender but my car is up on jacks and the camber is totally F*CKED right now and they are angled outward anyway.

because i like the way it looks. If your gonna start flaming then go look at the many on here with CCW rims that are 19's and 20's cuz many have them and they look amazing. And yes i do have CCW's.

I wasn't flaming the 19's and 20's as much as I was the 10" front wheel. But personally, I think anything larger than 18" on a car is absolutely retarded.

Because he wanted them why dont you guys back off. If you dont do the popular thing around here you get flamed.
I dont see why 285x30 R19's wont fit there almost the same size as 275x40 R17's there a hair wider but the same height.
It might rub from the way you have the car supported or something. Jack it up from the lower ball joint and see if it still rubs.

Theres a difference between popular and pointless. and as far as im concerned a 10" wheel up front is pointless unless he's autocrossing or something similar where he need grip up front. All a wide wheel up front does is cause problems, it doesnt do most the people on this site any good. Hence my question, "what do you want 10's up front for?" So back off cause i wasnt talking to you, im sure he can handle his own **** just fine. Thanks

That could be. I have a BMR Tubular K-Member, with tubular upper and lower A arms up front with Adjustable coilovers and Bear GT+ brake kit. Ill try movin the jacks to lower ball joint. But im about to leave for a month detachment so i wont be able to until i get back in August.

I hate TT2's everyone has them. I did like c5 z06 wheels but they got played out! Zr1's i did like buy they also got played out. If i had my choice of a wheel it would be one of these CCW's, Fiske's, Foose, boyds but I'm not forking out the money for those! So im going to stick to my 35the le wheels for a while until i get some drag wheels!

You've got a bad offset.

I have 18x10 up front with no issues at all.

Also 10" up front looks incredible. I'm not sure what you guys are talking about it looking ghetto. It looks extremely aggressive and is not ghetto at all. Also the lip on the wheel looks very nice on a 10" wheel

Personally, I think it looks kinda gay to have an 8" wheel upfront...of course if you can only afford an 8" wheel up front, that is all you could afford
