Question C6 ZO6 19" rear rims . . . what issues on an F-body?

What needs to be modified to get that rim to fit on the back of a Trans Am?

I have the bump stops removed and a BFH was taken to the inner wheel-well to clear my 315's with no spacer.

I'd run a 325/30/19" tire on that rear chrome rim.

it will take a spacer since they are 19x12 with a 70 somthing offset... and you will for sure rub around hard turns and they will have to stick out a lil too...

I'm running a 17 x 11" Chrome Firehawk rim with a 315 BFG DR now.

I'd imagine the wheel-well could be beaten up enough to clear the rim couldn't it?

Other than a spacer, would there be anything else preventing one from mounting the ZO6 rim on the back? Everything else mate right up?

Thanks for the info so far

heres the difference if you hade your wheel widend to 11 then it probally a true 11" wheel now a bought wheel is almost always bigger then stated .5-1 inch. i ran the gsd3s 315s and know matter what i did they would run around hard turns. i have roled lips bfh'ed fenders and no bump stops.

i have seen someone run 18x12 before but they had to stick out a lil past the fender.

yes everything will mate up. and i think you could get them to fit but dont intend to do any hard driving on them... or youll probally get super rubbing on the inside and maybe cutting on the outside.
hope this helps.

I'm gonna have to talk to the shop and see what they can do.

Does anyone know the exact, out-of-the-box measurements of a C6 ZO6 19x12"?
