Very Very slick looking!!! Where did you order those rims... Only place I can seem to find them for a fair price is sportruck.com. They have that iforged look I think. Will look even slicker with brakes to fill in the bare spots!!

They look sweet, cant wait to see it with the suspension all dialed in. Thought you were going with the Aeros, these look like them but what exactly are the differences? Also could you PM me pricing/ordering info? Thanks!

Alex, Intro makes the wheels for iForged. These are a new design that they haven't advertised yet. The difference between these and the iForged "Aero" is that these are 2 piece, while the Aeros are 3 piece. The centercap is also different shaped, these have a dome and the Aero has a concave dish. iForged won't sell a 17" version either.

Whats really neat about these Intro wheels is that they polish both sides of the wheel on the hoop. The air nipples are also hidden behind one of the spokes, on the back half of the wheel.

Stu, the car is dirtier than you think, I haven't washed it in 3 weeks

Damn Tony, that thing is awesome. I've never been too much of a fan of older muscle cars since I didn't grow up in that era. Yours however makes my Z28 look like a piece of ****. I can't wait to see the details as your project unfolds.

I want to pick up some 18" Aero's in the near future. I know yours are 17's (and not actually Aeros), but could you shoot me a pm with some info if possible. I can't seem to find them other than at iforged.com. I would've pm'd but you're not excepting any currently.

Also, are you planning on using a power adder? I think I recall something about a turbo. I could be worng there. I know PSJ is going with a monster blower.

Thanks,

Dan

unit213, You can order them from Intro Wheels. They are not listed on their website yet, but the style is "GT Sport" 2-piece. They can build them to fit any 5-lug vehicle. You supply the backspacing, etc...

Looks great. Did you have to mini tub to get those to fit?

When I get my 1st gen camaro, I'm planning on running 17x11 with 315s. I know I'm going to have to mini tub for those. I wish you could get more rubber up front too.

rain, I think they arrived on 5/15, took just over a month to get.

Ackattack, no mini tubs required. The hassle to gain another inch in wheel isn't worth it at this time. To mini-tub, you also have to get leaf spring relocators, move your leaf mounts on the axle, shorten your fuel tank, etc... The typical chain reaction mod, one leads to another. Looking at my car, you could go with a little less backspacing (maybe go with 5.25" BS) and go with a 285 tire as long as you aren't lowering the car. The 275 is about the limit on width if you plan on lowering, the fender lip will have to be rolled.

Tidalwave, I paid $1400 shipped for the set. It was a special introductory sale they had. I think regular price is in the $1900 range.

MadIce, I'm using a Sony DSC-P50 (2.1 megapixel). Works great!

Tony
