Are the black C5's solid black or do they have a silver, polished, or chrome lip?

 

hmm....i was looking at possibly getting some Y2K's, but that's a nice price for the chrome C5 Z06's (non-motorsports). i don't suppose you have the Y2K's, do you (17x9.5 x 4)?

also, are there any caliper clearance problems with the C5 Z06's when doing the C5 brake upgrade? i intend to do that at some point in the future (probably front+rear), and don't wanna have to replace the wheels again......

Yes we have the Y2K's, a set of 17x9.5's would be $719 plus S&H. I don't think there would be a clearance issue with C5 brakes since these are C5 wheels. I'd suggest doing a search in the wheels and tires section of the forum. If there is a problem somebody has probably posted a thread on it and there should some solutions as well.

Not in particular, probably sumitomo 315's because there cheaper...

Sumitomo 315's are for 17" wheels, the widest I can get is 285/35-18.
18x10.5's with 2 - HTRZ II would be $609 mounted and balanced.
18x10.5's with 2 - HTRZ III would be $639 mounted and balanced.

Any reason you can't do 10 spoke SS chrome as from the Late 00/01 SS Camaros? Someone in the aftermarket ought to step up and do these; they are getting harder and harder to find in decent condition.

Yes they are available in 17x11 +50mm.

Previously we had these in Chrome or Black, but one of our mfgr's just debuted a new line of these with a wider polished lip. The finishes available are black and a silver. Here's a link to our new post on them.
