The truth about Greg Weld and Weld Racing

6.5 is ok for a smaller tire but for our car 7.5 is ideal. I just got off the phone w/ Summit and 6.5 is the most backspace offered right now. Sux, I was going to order them but now I'm not. These wheels were hardly designed to fit our cars with a max 6.5 bs.

I think you mean the Compstar line of products. We've never tried to hide that, as it's clearly stated on the home page of our website.
All of the Callies cranks are made in our plant in Fostoria, Ohio. You're more than welcome to visit us and see it first hand if you happen to be in the area some day.

Only they know.... Summit is the only place listing them that I've found, and the ship dates are getting pushed back (two days ago they had a January ship date on some of the wheels/stuff).... They may not actually ship for a long time, if ever. I think it depends on the results of the lawsuit... the longer American Racing can drag out the lawsuit, the more it costs Greg Weld Motorsports/Design.
It'd be nice to have a dealer list on the Greg Weld website.

ive ordered mine, 15x10 6.5, 15x3.5........cant wait, and by the way ive seen 2 cars within the past 2 days with 6.5bs and it fits just fine, one guy said the only people that have bad things to say are the ones running HUGE tires (28" or 325) a 26x11.5 or a 26x10.5 or even a 27" tire would fit fine, and not to mention that the new design will fit BETTER.

The guy I got the 15x10's from was running a 325/50R15 on his 2001 Firehawk and he didn't have a problem with them rubbing whatsoever.

I don't have any pics of them on either of my Birds mainly because I didn't run them that much.
And I sold them a few weeks ago to a buddy of mine who put them on his 99 T/A.

Don't know if it was asked but how thick is the rim where the rim screws penetrate?
I was just pricing them out and I can get new front 3.5" and 15x12 for the rear for less than the price of the rears alone I was looking at, awesome look and price, can't beat that
