if your cars not lowered, yes they should fit, if its lowered im not sure.

Are they OEM C6 rims? If they are, youre going to need a large spacer, If not they still usually need a little help to fit.

u need at least an inch adapter for the rears, they have like a +73mm offset u need to get it between 45-55

My buddy has C6 Z06s 18s in front, 19s in the rear. We had to add a spacer, do the BFH mod and roll the fender and now it doesn't rub at all

Can you get picture of your buddies car. I am really wanting to put 18/19 C6 Z06's on my Camaro and would like to see how it looks...

I have the c6 rims 18 and 19's. They look great- a couple of 1.25" spacers and your golden. Make sure about the diameter of the tires though, my first ones were off a little too much and made the ABS kick in with any hint of hard braking.
