Default 17x11 rears without bfh?

yes i know there are alot of threads on fitting 11 inch zr1s, ive searched and im just not sure. i know the bfh mod works but theres just something about taking a hammer to my car that just doesnt appeal to me. so what i want to know is would these fit without me haveing to anything to make them fit? if not what are all the options to making them fit.

Are you lowered? If not you shouldn't need to use the bfh.

My car is lowered with Eibach Sportlines, and I didn't use a BFH....a couple days ago I pulled off my rear wheels and the driver side had been rubbing ...but the spot was about the size of a quarter....

Invest in a good adjustable panhard bar.

yea i was going to lower with pro kit, so the tire was rubbing on the top of the wheel well, not on on the side? and yea i will look into a panhard bar too.

It was on the inside because of how wide the tire is.

I run BFG drag radials.

I have 315/35/17 nittos on my 11 inch ZR-1's. They're on the car without using a BFH. Nittos tend to run a bit narrow compared to M/T's.

I dont have the ZR1's but i do have the 17x11" TTII's with 315 Nitto DR's and I have about a 1/2" between the tire and the inner fender (02 WS6). I am not lowered tho. I think alot of it depends on what tire u run...the BFG's and Goodyear's run wider and the Nittos run narrow so thats why i went with them to keep from hammering the hell out of my car. My tires are more up and down with the side of the rim (not much bulge) but I love how it turned out.

Yes, the 555R tires run a bit smaller than all the 315s

I think it just depends on the size of the tire. A buddy of mine had 315's on a 18x10.5 sized rim with no mods and had no rubbing riding in the car solo.

Mine needed a pretty healthy dose of BFH to fit my 315 BFG dr's.

We are running stock 00 WS.6 wheels widened to 11" in the rear, running a 315/35-17 555Rs, with a 1" spacer. No bfh, or other mods, on stock height car.

I'm lowered (eibach 2" drop) and running 17x11" ZR1s out back. I think I'm running 285s or 295s (P-Zeros) out back right now. The rubbing has been very minimal. It's not a big deal at all. All you do is take off the wheels/tires and check for the rub spots (if any). Then you tap them out. I believe theres also fender rollers you can use. At any rate you aren't "taking a hammer to your car." I'll be putting 315s out back next.

If you are going to spend money on wheels, why not go big out back? I don't get it. You could go bigger than 275s as well....

The BFH mod is very minimal and is easily hidden with spray on undercoating.
