Ordered New Rims Today
So i finally broke down and ordered a set of forged rims today. Im not one to go with the trend or what everyone else has so i went with the Boze Speedsters. I just had the company do alot of custom stuff with the rims.
I went with 18x10 in the rear with a 3" lip and 18x9 up front with a 1.5" lip.
What you guys think of the wheel itself, i had it what they call Accent Painted and added rivets and what not to it in attempt to be really diffrent. Im thinking it will make the car look flawless, btw i have a black trans am. Comments/Suggestions welcomed. thanks

Im not 100% sure they will fit. But the company was lol. They told me the biggest lip i could go with and what they were willing to do that was inside of their fitment regs. So thats what i went with. Dont make me stress out for the next 4 weeks about them fitting.....
What size are your lips?

I'm not sure what size the lips on mine are, but maybe Tony knows, since I ordered them from him. I can try to take some measurements tonight when I get home.
Here's a shot Tony took of one of the rear wheels, to give you an idea:
Boze knows what they're doing, but you might still have to do some "adjusting" with a multidirectional inertial device (hammer).

i shortened your name for simplicity, it had nothing to do with my ability to spell or mental capacity unless imbecile means full ride to medical school where you're from . i wasn't trying to be insulting and i'm sorry you took it that way. i was just kidding man. if you have a problem, take it to PM's, no need to take this thread down.

Exactly what i was thinking but didnt wanna go down that route lol.
As for the boosts, that was the model i called about. But considering they didnt have the groove down the spoke which will go with the accent painting finish i chose. I went with the speedsters. Now heres where it gets tricky, I loved the rivets on the boost. So what they did is combine the two rims. Speedsters & Boost so i have the groove in the spokes and the rivets to match the boost, that was awesome for them to do. As for the price, meh not sure if its high or not considering they were forged but for all 4 with the accent painting finish which is a lil more pricey they got me the set for 3grand even. We started talking at 3200 but Zak was really really helpful and knew exactly what i was talking about, and wanting to do.
