Fikse weight and pics
Just some useful info by request. I got a set of Fikse FM5 wheels in today for a customer, weighed them.
FM5 17x9.5 = 19.0 lbs
FM5 17x11 = 19.4 lbs
A few weeks ago on the same scale:
DPE R16 18x10 = 22.1 lbs
DPE R05-S 18x10 = 21.3 lbs
FM5 17x9.5 = 19.0 lbs
FM5 17x11 = 19.4 lbs

Fikse FM-5 or FM-10
17x9.5 and 17x11 set is $3114 with standard Technipolish (machined) face. Full polish option is $125 per wheel. Free shipping in the 48 states
Here are some photos. These might help explain the level of detail and quality that go into a Fikse wheel. This is also why they are not cheap. You really need to see them in person, and compare them with a cheap cast 1-piece wheel to truly appreciate them. Yes, those spokes are hollowed out on the backside to reduce the weight even more. VERY detailed wheels.

Whats funny is, we were at a car show a year or so ago and saw a black LS1 era SS, lowered sitting on a set of FM5s. The thing is, those wheels right then and there and that car looked just as good as back when I first saw 4th gens with FM5s in the late 90s. 10 years later and those wheels have yet to look dated. I know a lot of the HREs and what not from the same period look old as hell now, but for what ever reason not the FM5s.
