I took off the caliper, and put them on, and WOW. Look great, and fit perfect. just am going to have to see.
NOPE! Pulled the 15x10 prostars off to put the 15x8 Greg Welds on and they are not even close even WITH ground prostars.

After hours of grinding and fitment, WITH 1/2 inch spacers they are still off. Before I started grinding I called Greg Weld, and the guy TOLD me to just grind, and they will fir the 98-02 f-body. Yea.....RIGHT

I am going to call him back up tommarow and give him a piece of my mind.

I'm kinda sad that nobody can make a good drag rim for the fbody that doesn't cost a fortune

That being said, my lt1 calipers were ground down to fit prostars and the greg welds weren't even close. After HOURS of grinding A LOT off they finally fit. I wouldn't really recommend it to others though, I had another set of calipers if I ruined these, we just wanted to see if we could get them to fit. I was using the Greg Weld test wheel they have so I'm still waiting on my actually 15x8 dragstars to get here as they don't have any at Greg Weld currently. They should have some here in a week or so.

it took a ton of grinding on skinnies car but once done it looks like everything will be fine. the shipment coming in on the first of june is the old style and the new style the tooling was just switched over i believe last week so they are making a set of test wheels. im pretty sure dlove is testing them on his car and i will be mine for the ford side. hopefully they have everything right with this set up and if so ill be ordering 17's for the front of 2 of my cars and 15x8s for the same 2.

yes i agree! why cant companys just test this out and make the stuff right before letting the product out and say they fit when they dont even know if they do...... i can tell you why??? cause they are crooks and want the money up front and know that you will end up doign what you have to do to make them fit later.....after that they already have you money and know most people dont want to go through the hassle of shipping back and forth so they just try to make them fit with grinding and spacers...... and if they dont like people saying what i just said they need to do buisness right and stop dicking around with peoples money..... i remember the guy from gregweld saying plain as day that these wheels WILL fit Fbodies without grinding! oh well im glad i didnt buy any yet but i do like them and would like to get a set..... one day

Guys... the mustangs use a 15x10 with a 6.5 backspace...... just FYI.. they didnt build the wheels around F-bodies.

Most would assume that with a lil work you can make the 6.5 backspace fit an f-body.

yet they don't work on machs, bullitts, or cobra rear brakes with the new drop center they should clear both mustangs and fbodies fine with no grinding on fbodies which from what ive seen is quite rare on those cars with drag wheels

I want a set of fronts, but without knowing I can get rears to match later, I'm waiting on the fronts as well. May just have to bite the bullit & get Bogarts.

I think they match pretty good with Prostars. Kind of like alumastars. Skinny spoke fronts and thicker in the back.

I'd like to see their "copied" version of our wheels. You see, we build custom setups whereas cobra setups are different then a standard mustang wheel, an LT1 wheel is different then an LS1 wheel. We do NOT build a one size fits wheel. I wonder what type of wheel setup they are considering to "copy".

Different brake setup which is rather easy to fit drag wheels on, not an LS1 F-body. I wouldn't think they will fit too well on a Cobra setup.
