Dont want to grind? Which wheels??
I'm looking for a skinnies/slicks setup and want to avoid grinding the calipers. Are there any 15" or 16" wheels out there that don't require grinding. I've read several threads about the Greg Welds and looks like they're still a few months out not including if there's any backorder issues. What are some other options?
I've done an LS1 brake conversion on the front and rear.
Thanks,
Kyle

Absolutely no grinding. Direct bolt on wheels. Not cheap but looking at your car, you don't cut corners in the looks department....sweet car.
Give Steve a call. He'll set you up.

I run convo pro's 15x4 and 15x9's No spacers, Still use stock wheels studs, and really minimal grind on rear calipers! Nothing like other drag wheels! Hell maybe with a spacer it wouldn't need to be grinded.
26x10 tire and you can see even with a spacer it would still look good.

Yup.. since Billet Specialties for LS1 brakes are are still weeks or more away and Greg Weld rears are nowhere in sight, Bogarts are still the only ones that will bolt right on to LS1 brakes.. no grinding.

Yeah i think if i would of ran a spacer in the rear i would not of had to grind I just got the wheels that day and was missing 10 lugs so i put 3 on each wheel just so i could move the car around. I got the wheels from someone on a local sale. You can get them from jegs or summit! I was going to get the BS street lite but couldnt wait!

Bogarts are looking like the answer at this point. Possibly D10s maybe even blue anodized. For you guys with the Bogarts, what sizes/backspacing etc are you running? Thanks for the replies!!

On a 15 x 3.5 front, I think it's 1.75 bs. The rears are 15 x 9.5 with 7.0 or 7.5 bs'ing. You can call Steve (leave him a message if he doesn't answer, he will call you back) and pick his brain. I probably talked to him 5 times before I decided to pull the trigger on a set and he'll tell you anything you want to know about the wheels.
I'm usually not a fan of the type wheels you have but I must say, they look gorgeous on your car. What kind are they and how much did they cost?
