Default Ordered a set of 315/35/17's the other day!

My old 275/40's were kind of slick so I broke down and ordered a set of 315's. They should be here by the end of the week and I am gunna take some pictures of them when they arrive and when I get em put on.

Definatly keep us updated, and post whether or not the backend seems loose after you mount them, cause some people said it would. I plan on getting a set of 315 nittos, which brand did you go with?

Will 315's fit on a 17x9?

Technically per manufacturer's recommendations NO.

But people are willing to ignore safety recommendations and squeeze them onto 9" wheel.

Actually I think shoving a 12 1/2" wide tire on a 9" wide rim looks like S*&T but heck, your car and your life.

Look at the Dorf Extorter and the Firestone Wilderness Tires - Ford ignored Firestone's recommendation and people die - nuf said.

They arrived today and I had them installed and I like the way they look. I do beleive the wheel needs to be an inch wider but the 17x11's don't look as good with them IMO.

They didn't feel a bit different than the 275's just riding around.
