You're low on blinker fluid. You can get some here.

Actually, a bulb is burned out or a socket is corroded on the side that doesn't flash. Put on your hazard flashers and walk around the car looking for the bulb that doesn't flash then replace the bulb and/or clean the socket.

That won't necessarily work, the bulbs are a 2 filament bulb. But he is correct, a bulb is out somewhere, most likely the front.

Well, duh, yes they are dual filament. It is always the bright filament that flashes and it is always the burned out bright filament that causes the flashing to stop because of the reduced current through the thermal flasher. Using the hazard flashers ensures that all the remaining lights will flash properly because the load on the flasher is sufficient - so it makes it obvious which light is not working (flashing). This avoids the situation where somebody swears the lights are all working because they see them go on with the headlights (dim filament) but they don't flash.

If the bulb socket it corroded you can pick up a replacement GM socket at autozone fairly cheap. And if that doesn't work, blinker fluid will do the trick, but its hard to find since most places are always sold out.

Everything has been covered here, as it's most likely just a burnt out bulb. Also, use bulb grease to help prevent water corrosion.

Well when my front turn signal first burnt out, I was adamant that it wasnt that bulb bc I tried the hazzards and they were working. But the guy at the part store said that was still most likely the one, replaced it and it was fixed.

If a bulb is burned out, it is not possible for it to flash regardless of whether it's from the turn signals or the hazard flasher. Burned out is burned out - the filament is broken (burned) and no current can flow through it so it will not light. What you're saying is an electrical impossibility.

Now it is possible that the mere act of replacing the bulb will rub off enough corrosion in the socket to make a non-working bulb start working. But that would happen even if you just removed the bulb, wiped it off, and put it back in. That could explain what you saw when it happened to you.
