Question Where is the roadnoise?

01firebird here, im just seeing where does most of the roadnoise come from? Im looking to quiet down the inside of the car with some dynamat i got for free. im not going to do the whole thing, but just seeing where majority of the noise comes from.. thanks

so these cars dont have roadnoise i take it? or can someone tell me then, what should i dynamat? lol

Start with the cabin floor.
Do the hatch area second, which is everything by the Ttop storage, spare and stealthbox area.
Gas tank
then doors (double layer is good).

sweet thanks. im not going to do everything, i just want to quiet down the interior some with the exhaust noise.

man, i dynomat'd my whole car (actually i used the subsitute you can buy cheaper at lowe's), and it doesn't make a huge difference. a difference, yes, but your car is still going to be very loud. muscle cars with exhausts that sit low to the ground are just never going to sound like the inside of a cadillac. personally, in retrospect i wouldn't have even taken the time to install the dynomat. just didn't do enough, and the added weight was a bummer for the result.
