Turn signal problems help!!! When I turn my turn signals on the lights don’t blink, they come on and just stay solid. But, if I turn my hazards on they blink no problem. What’s the issue?
Did you make sure you don't have a bulb out? I think a tail light bulb will cause the same reaction as the front. Could be welding since it's been a long time since I had a bulb go out
Your flasher is out, very easy/cheap fix. Its located up under the dash/steering wheel area. Just go to autozone and buy one, like 15$. Ill get a link for you here in a minute.

Check your bulbs first. Turn on the hazard flashers and walk around the car making sure all bulbs flash as they should. The fronts are most prone to failure but the tail light bulbs can go as well. Don't just throw parts like flashers at the problem until you've done some checking. If one side works but the other doesn't, it's not the flasher. If neither side works it might be the flasher but check the bulbs first.
You can get a universal thermal 2-prong flasher from any parts store and even Wal-Mart for more like $5 or less. Electronic flashers cost around $15 but they flash the same speed even if a bulb burns out so you lose any indication of bulb problems.

Are you sure you replaced the right flasher? There are two of them - one for turn signals and one for hazard lights. The turn signal flasher is on the right side of the steering column, the hazard flasher is farther down on the left.
Sorry for the hijack, but would a flasher solve my problem?

autozone part number EL12 is an electronic flasher. had similar problem, switched to electronic flasher. If you ever change out the type of bulb or similar mod you'll probably need an eflasher anyway. there are two flashers under your dash, one for the hazards and one for the individual signals. when you take off the two bottom dash panels, look to the right (facing forward) and you'll see a little clip, on the other side of that clip/metal piece you'll find the flasher. basically directly opposite of the flasher on the left which is for the hazards

Yea i pulled it all off and looked I can clearly see the flasher on the left. Do you mean the other one for the signals is on the passenger side under the dash? I swear I looked forever and couldn’t find another flasher on the driver side. Could it be different for a ltx car than a lsx car?

No, according to the schematics there are separate flashers in 93-97 models just like in the 98-02 models. Unfortunately, I don't have a location diagram or photo for the earlier models but here is where you find it on later models (item 1 in the diagram):
The diagram is looking at the back side of the dash under the instrument panel. Remove the knee panel under the steering column and you will find the flasher clipped to the back of the dash panel just to the right inside the opening (above the OBDII port).

Long delay... But flasher has been replaced. Found one of my taillight sockets needed replaced. Did that. Still didn’t fix the problem. All bulbs are functioning correctly. Hazards flash but turn signals still solid. My next attempt is to replace the entire turn signal lever on the steering column. This is the last thing I can possibly think of.
You may have a grounded wire. My last T/A did that. All of the bulbs would flash with the hazards but the right side would not blink. I have no idea how that worked but it did. I ended up checking the bulbs with them flashing and got shocked... That's how I found it.
