Any other ideas to look up too?
And it's not intermittent like with the post in bcm. I was thinking maybe ignition switch problem??

Possible answer posted in the BCM Fix thread.
I thought you might have crossed connections - assuming an aftermarket radio. The yellow wire is ignition switched in the factory harness but it is battery (constant) power on an aftermarket radio. The easiest way to avoid cross-connections is to use a wiring harness adapter when installing an aftermarket radio. Then you just match the adapter harness wires to the radio color for color (red to red, etc.) and it plugs into the factory connector.

I thought this went out of style in the early 90s.
bcm can cause all kinds of weird problems if it's on the way out. I just bought a new one for my car because the radio was cutting out every time I hit a bump. it feeds the main power and determines what state it needs to be in.
if your radio is constantly on, it'd seem to me your power windows would always work as well.

I had enough when I bruised my fist punching the glovebox door trying to make the radio come back on after being off for nearly 25 minutes.
when I get this bcm out, I'm probably gonna take it to my work bench and beat it into a million pieces for the grief it's caused me. Nothing pisses me off more than the radio cutting in and out every 2 words or staying off for half my commute when I'm trying to hear weather traffic and news.

Mines a stripper so no power windows. I have the factory deck. I bought the car without a deck. Previous owner said it was stolen. He had one red wire hard wired to the fuse box to where the radio goes. I took it out. I didn't want it ghetto rigged. I wanted it to work right. I don't think theres any crossed wires since the only wires that were cut on the factory harness was a blue one and a green one. For some reason the wires to the fog light and asr switches were cut too. I see there's 2 yellow wires in the factory harness. Should I try switching the 2 around?

No, don't switch them - the other yellow wire is for the left rear speaker.
Something is screwy. It should not be possible for the factory yellow wire (ignition switched) to have constant power unless somebody has been messing around with the connections someplace. The power comes from the BCM via the retained accessory power (RAP) circuit. Use a test light or multimeter to see if there is power on the dark blue wire in the 6-pin black connector at the BCM (solid blue not blue with white stripe) when the ignition is off and a door is open. That's the RAP output wire and it should be dead under those conditions. If it has power then somebody may have messed up the BCM solder fix by connecting circuits that shouldn't be connected.

maybe he bridged the wires at the bcm? have you been in there to look at the wiring there? You've got several large power wires and some smaller wires coming out of it.
it's behind the glovebox door, you don't have to take it out to see if the wiring's been tampered with.

No I haven't. I just found out about the BCM problems last night. I won't have time for a while. When I do want to listen to the radio I can route the ignition wire out of the radio back into the radio with the orange wire but same thing constant power.

That's what it looked like. There was another wire ran all the way to the hatch to power an amp to. A friend touched the wires in the back the day I bought the car it sparked and never has sparked since then. Could this be related??

Not that I can tell. I bought it without a deck. Previous owner said it was stolen. And like I said the factory asr and a blue and green wire were cut.
