Default Working pac controller works 70% of the time every time

So my pac controller works fine but sometimes it doesn't . When I press a button on the steering wheel the controller lights up red but it doesn't work. If I move the actual little blue box and place it somewhere else it will work but then it will stop working later . The volume button won't work but the seek buttons constantly work . Sorry if this is vague but this is the best way I can explain it haha

Check your wiring and then reset the PAC controller and reprogram it. If that doesn't work then there may be something loose inside the PAC controller.

Wiring is good , reprogrammed it and still problem persists . I guess it's something internal . It's weird though depending on where I place it , the controller decides to work but if it is placed like in the back or something it stops .

I've had some problems with mine lately too. When I try to raise the volume it will make the song or the radio station go back a song/channel. Really pisses me off. Hasn't done it the last couple of days, but if it starts back up again I'll yank it out and see what's going on.

Mine was working great for over a year, now the Volume Up steering wheel button only works intermittently. I haven't messed with the stereo in quite some time so it's nothing that I could have accidentally done to cause this. I've got a PAC module and a Pioneer headunit.

Anyone have a fix for this??
