Anyone Have a In-Dash Anyone have a in dash touch screen receiver in their Trans Am or Camaro? Was wondering what brand would you recommend

& was thinking about getting the Pioneer avh-p1400dvd but I don't know how I feel about the AUX port being in the front since my IPOD will be hooked up all the time....

The 1400 is ok. If your going to spend the money spend a few bucks more and get the 2400 for BT
The Kenwood 419 is a better deal if you as me
You not only get a larger screen but 3 sets of 4v preouts as well for future upgrades. The 1400 only has 3 sets of 2v preouts

Sweet thanks for the info! Does it have a port in the back also by any chance? Don't really like the port being just in the front. Having wires all over the place in our little cars isn't something I really want you know.
Also I noticed its able to change the background & different button colors. But does it or any other touchscreen have like a visualizer that plays to the music? Always thought that be sick to have...

the 719 has rear USB and would be the better option for you.

Anyone know if there's any in dash that has a visualizer? It confuses me on why I haven't heard of any of them having one.... Just something that you can change what type of design it is that goes to the beat of the music.

Bringing this back... So I'm thinking about going with the Pioneer AVHX3500BHS & sending in my bezel to get carbon fibered? What you think DOUBLEDMODS?
Any other in dash I should look at for around the $400 price?

^^^ be cautious looking at sonic electronics, they are NOT authorized sellers of pioneer products and the manufacture will most likely not honor any warranty claim if something breaks.

Actually, when you click on the link (that I deleted), it displays a pop-up window that the product has been discontinued and is no longer available from Pioneer. The AVH-Pxxx series has been replaced by the AVH-Xxxx series. The current equivalent is the AVH-X8500BHS.
So crutchfield isnt a sponsor ? Same stereo head just one different letter anyway it fits flush just the bottom row of buttons sticks out a bit so it kinda hides the top A/c control icons.....I bent the rear support back just enough to allow room and I had to cut the tray out and it rests ontop of the A/C control mount......best part removable face plate for security reasons
