Head unit Any decent head unit recommendations, I mainly need one to play music off my android phone, I don't care for the screen pop outs, just something semi decent to replace the stocker, where is a good place to order also
If I was gonna buy a new HU right now, I would get this one http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...rs/DEH-P8400BH support for bluetooth calling and audio streaming and 3 sets of 4 volt preouts (if you have plans for future amps), plus it has HD radio if that matters to you and can easily be found for under 130 if you look around.
Daniel's suggestion is a good one, although that model is a couple years old it's still nice. I like the way the features are laid out. I have last year's model (8500) and here is the 2014 model: http://www.pioneerelectronics.com/PU...rs/DEH-X8600BH. Lots of great features. They even have a digital receiver model, without the CD player, but it doesn't have HD radio. I have had a Kenwood and currently have a pioneer....and recently I installed one of the newer Kenwoods in my moms car. And in my experience I would stick with Kenwood it is just a better user/owner experience

Personally, I think JVC gets overlooked a lot. But their non-video non-GPS receivers are very good, practical designs with audio capable features in mind. Just as with home theater, where I let a PC do the heavy lifting with all the new "smart" features, in a car I let the phone worry about video and GPS, and leave the receiver t odo what it was intended to do... input/output switching, amplification, filtering, etc. ...and not worry about whatever the latest phone-like features are that I'm missing out on with each model year.

Those Pioneer units DamonZ28 mentioned look like great choices, as they are Android-capable.
I have a Kenwood unit KDC-BT952HD (2012-2013 model) and it has decent Android support.....but only if it has USB Mass Storage (which the newer Androids no longer have so if I upgrade my phone I lose that function). Wish Kenwood would release an update so newer Androids work with the radios and app too.....otherwise my Kenwood has been awesome so far (sound quality, Pandora, Bluetooth, etc).
