I think hes talking about a parking assist cam, not a dash cam lol.
If you have a billet grille it should be east peasy, with a OEM grille it might take some backyard engineering.

If you're in a front plate state it's as easy as getting a plate mounted back up camera and putting it on the front. If you have a smooth front then you need to get more creative.

With the black plastic ss/bowtie grille you won't be able to center the cam without drilling holes.

If you're willing to deal with an off center mount there's a pretty easy way to do it. Reach in the top vent in your grille (either side works) and pull the grille mounting screw. Take it to Lowes (or the hardware store of your choice) and find the exact screw but about 3/4 - 1" longer. Find a cam with a small mounting bracket that either can rotate over the cam (U shaped) or that's meant to be hung. Drill a hole in the bottom center of that mounting bracket the diameter of your screw (if it already has a hole then just make sure your screw has a head bigger than the hole or use a small washer). Now you can use the grille mounting screw to sandwich the bracket against the inside roof of the vent. Make sure you have it aimed where you want it then use some tape to outline the bracket on the vent (you'll need to pull the screw out and the tape outlines will let you realign easier on final install) . To maintain the alignment you want a small angle (L shaped) brace or a strip of metal (another Lowes run and check the hardware section). Set the vertical section of the brace behind the vent and the horizontal section over the mounting hole in the grille. Mark and drill a hole in the brace to align with that factory hole. Now you can assemble. Screw goes through the brace, then through the bracket, then through the grille and into the factory nut. Whole thing is removable with 1 screw and no holes in the factory parts. Only thing to watch for is the cam losing its position with vibration. If that happens you can play with the brace to grab the back of the vent better, and if it still doesn't stay take the bracket off and drill a little hole through the bracket and brace and use a pop rivet to lock them together. That will stop them from moving side to side and a rivet will press up against the plastic grille without needing a hole like a screw would.
