need some help guys, i was looking for the recommended Alpine SPS-170A replasment door speakers for my car on the alpine website but i couldnt find them, if u guys could tell me what u have or tell me where to look for these that would be great. Im just looking for a good replacement speaker for the front doors cause my driver side is blown! Thnx guys

There are still SPS-170A's available at various e-tailers on the net. But the current model, SPS-17C2, should work just the same.

hey man i looked those speakers up on best buy and used the fit guide and it said they dont fit my car

Infinity 62.7i's work great in front door and no modifications are needed.

Not true. Any 6.5" speaker should physically fit. However with the peculiarity of the Monsoon system wiring, only a few are suited to be used as a direct replacement. The Alpines are one choice, the Infinity Kappa 62.7i's are another. I have Alpines in my doors and really like them.
