What Amp?
Look at the top two pics in this wiring diagram here http://www.edesignaudio.com/wiring.php For a 2ohm load you'll want to wire it just like the one on the left. Those amps being pictured are 1ch amps so for that 2ch amp I showed you, all you gotta do is just wire it up just like that pic for each channel.
Read this if you want to know more about power ratings, it'll explain that stuff better than I can http://www.crutchfieldadvisor.com/le..._glossary.html
This is NOT my auction, but if you go used you can get a 1,000 watt rms @ 1ohm memphis for a couple hundred bucks:

1 for each sub and it would work good, but im not a big fan about the price of 2 of these haha, my friend works here and he said he can get them for about 220 a piece for me so how would this do and also would i need anything else to run these or my battery is strong enough by its

The guy at bestbuy is just trying to sell you something you dont need, your subs dont really need all that power that RF has.

The ED amp is back ordered.
Pick a class D brand you like that will give you about 500 watts rms total or more and pull the trigger.

don't listen to the guy at best buy.....
first of all, if your subs are DVC 4-ohm subs....when wired in parallel, that would place a 1-ohm load to each channel of the amp, which is out of spec for that amp and could possibly fry it. and if you wire it up in series, it will only be a 4-ohm load to each channel of the amp, and you would not be getting the most the amp has to offer. that would be a good (although expensive) option if your subs were SINGLE 4-ohm subs, but they're not.
also, the more amps you have, the more power it will take to run them, which will stress your charging system more.
your best option is to get a class D 2-channel amp that is stable to at least 4 ohms bridged, and which will output between 500 - 700 watts continuous when in bridged mode. the one that Josh_101 posted first is a nice amp for a good price, but it won't be as efficient as a class D amp would be, i.e., it will convert more power to heat than a similarly-rated class D amp would.
Here's a wiriing guide for DVC subs, for easy reference.
Actually if you have that good of a hookup at BB (being at about 50% of thier normal pricing) I'd get two of these:

If you can get those for ~$100 a pop that'd be just dandy. You would run your DVC subs in parrallel to put a 2 ohm load on each amp and end up w/ 400 watts rms to each one. That'd hit real nice, be class D, and be at the same price as the Rockford.
