Default JVC Warren G Sig. series

Hey, there's a guy selling two 10 inch 800W JVC Warren G signature series subs plus a 1600W amp and all the wires for $300. Anyone have any revies or hear anything good or bad about these subs? Sounds like a pretty good deal to me.

Is there any reason I shouldn't go for this deal?

Never even heard of "Warren G Signature" subs. Maybe he is tryin to get more than they are worth. But just b/c I haven't heard of them doesn't mean a thing.

I googled them and apparantly Warren G had say in making them. And needless to say they have his signature and a big lowercase g on them.

the warren G subs were discontinued about 3 years ago, good subs, i believe they are 350-400 rms.

I think they went for about 150 each. Depending on the amp, i would say it is a good deal.

I forget what kind of amp he said it was but I'm pretty sure I'm gonna get them though. Aslong as those subs aren't a big redlight it sounds good to me. Now I just got to find a decent HU, he's got a kenwood for 150 but I haven't seen it yet.

I seen the 10" DVC at Fry's Electronics a few weeks ago for $49.99 maybe that gives you an indication of what they're worth..

Yeah but I wasn't even really planning on getting subs lately, the opportunity just arose. So I just kinda want decent subs that aren't busted.

Yeah I seen those prices around on different sites but after buying amp and wires and all the shipping this is a pretty good deal I think. Plus it's $300 Canadian which is about 260-270 US.

I remember reading somewhere that the Warren G subs were pretty good. If it's a good deal get them and power them with a decent amp.

That's good to hear. And it already comes a 1600W amp and all the wires. I forget what kind of amp it was, but the name didn't stand out to me. As long as it is sufficient to handle the power, which it is, I don't see there being any problems.
