Newbie + new speakers...

Newbie + new speakers... OK. My stock speakers are blown and I need new ones ASAP. Don't have alot of $$$ to blow on car audio right now so I wanna do a Best Buy deal. They have these Rockford Fosgate speakers that come with separate tweeters for $160 a pair and I'm gonna put them in the front, and a pair of the $100 a pair Rockfords in the rear.
I already have a 10" pioneer tube and a Pioneer head unit (new last year). $250 for the four speakers installed. For me that's not too bad of a deal.
In the store they sounded pretty good, will I be more impressed in the car, especially with the bass levels?
Suggestions are welcome, and I'm sorry I don't know the names of the speakers. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="gr_images/icons/wink.gif" />

Re: Newbie + new speakers... I just installed a Alpine 7894 HU in my car and while I was doing that I installed all new speakers. They are infinitiy 652i's and they sound great (really really clear, bass is little better then stocks but if you want good bass you need a sub)

Re: Newbie + new speakers... Actually, I had the Infinity 652s installed on the 25th. I just had two 6.5" speakers put in behind the front seats. I'm doing the ones in the doors soon. 652s with separate tweeters. I will eventually do a 12" sub, but my 8" tube is good for now.

INSSANE - Nice choices <img border="0" title="" alt="[Big Grin]" src="gr_grin.gif" /> , I woulda went with a component system in front also but didn't have the $$$ for one. Dude we gotta meet up in person one of these days, are you going to that one show in yorkville on the 17th? (it was posted on MFBA).
