Awesome, glad I could pass this cheap alternative along. I took the true duals off and put on a Hooker catback, I can bearly hear it inside the car, I love it. Now I need to fix my tranny whine.

Nice job. But when you layed the carpet back in, did it fit tight from like the factory. Thats my only reason for not doing this. I dont want the carpet to have like bubbles and stuff in it. Let me know. Thanks

i started laying some of this down today, as my car is http://community.webshots.com/photo/...68996966zkTHYC
in ricer mode (cleaning carpet)
Seems to be really easy to work with, but not super sticky. Should be fine once the carpet is back on.

Re: Sound Deadener Installed ( pics and impressions )
i used about 30' of it on my car, (all lowes had, was 30' )
Did the main floorpan, and the rear deck, and WOW, what a difference, i am still going to do the "well" in the back.
Between that, and covering the styrofoam blocks in padding, my interior is a LOT quieter, and many of the rattles went away.
I also fixed the passenger seatbelt rattle, by installing a vert belt guide on the seat, so when nobody is in the seat, i just let it hang straight down.
