I'v seen a few do that, but they looked ghetto. I'd put 5 1/4" 2 way components back there instead.

Got any pics and how hard was it? Any tips? I have a feeling I'll find out when my 5 1/4 components arrive this week.

None But telling by the pics they could fit, you'd just have to fab up a way for them to be mounted.

Do what the 6x9's or the 5.25's? I know that their are some done with 6x9's because I have seen pictures of them floating around on here. I am installing 5.25's in mine tomorrow. With 6.5 midbass in the back seat. My front components still aren't here and will be going in the next weekend more than likely. I will post pictures when all of the speakers are in.

I put 6x9's and it really improved the sound. I cut the plastic out and screwed the speakers in. Looks pretty good. But if you do it you have to make sure the magnet on the back of the speaker isnt too big or it will touch the spare tire and wont fit.(unless you take out the spare)

6inch round speakers for the rear passenger area, and 5x7 on the two rear by the trunk. the 5x7s are easy to install, just put the speaker up to the back w/ the old speaker already out, trace your cut mark the holes and cut away, then put it in like a regular speaker and the cover fits so its hidden.
