Default Wiring Diagram...Please Help

Ok i decided to change out my stock cd player in my 99 trans am because I have a pioneer. I went and bought the plug to convert it over but now im having problems wiring the cd player. I couldnt find any schematics on the cd player so I just tried to color match the wires but that did not work. The Pioneer doesnt have a red wire coming out the back so its kind of confusing me on which wire is for the hot. Is there anybody that can help me out I would really appriciate it. Thanks

You can go to the pioneer website and download the user manuals for there headunits. You have to create a user login for the manual access.

it sounds that you have a bad wiring harness from pioneer. It sounds like it is missing the ACC pin. I have seen missing speaker pins in harness from pio, but never acc.

btw, the "hot" is the yellow coming out of the pioneer

thanks guys!!! well I bought this cd player from my friend about 3 months ago and it was working fine when removed from his car. Now I cant get the damn thing to light up! I even got a 12 volt battery and touched the black to the neg and the yellow and remote to the positive and still nothing. I guess im just gonna have to buy another cd player as this one shot a wod or something. I also checked the pioneers fuse and it is still good so im confused

Is there a red wire coming out of the pioneer harness? (it should be right next to the thick yellow wire) if not, you have no ACC to the radio, which wouldn't turn it on.
