Default Eclipse sw6000?

Hey guys, I've been looking at subs lately and eclipse seems to be recommended pretty highly around here so I was wondering what you thought of this sub. RMS of 300, peak of 900.

I'm just looking for something that's reasonably priced and will have some tight hard-hitting bass for rock music (about 90% of what I listen to). I don't really care about deep sustained or loud booming bass that'll shake the car.

The sub would be going in a standard driver's side stealth box.

Is there something different I should take a look at?

Well, just going by Vas, it should work in a stealthbox. The site doesn't appear to list full T/S specs.

From what I can find it's supposed to need .4-.75 cubes, and I think a stealth box is about .6 right? I'm thinking it should work in that size enclosure but I'm just not familiar with car audio enough to know how the eclipse sounds and all that.

I'm just getting into all this stuff, so would you mind recommending a decent amp to power a sub like this? I'm assuming 400w or so should be fine for this sub and for what i'm looking to achieve.

Hopefully I can ebay something since I'm trying to keep price to a semi-reasonable level .
