Would switching boxes hurt my sub performance?
Is your current box ported? If not, it seems like it is way too large for a single sub..

5. what kind/size amp do you have powering the sub
you can always take away airspace temporarily by adding wood blocks inside the box. That will give you a good idea of what it will sound like in less airspace.
It looks to me like those subs are very power hungry and they also require quite a bit of airspace but without knowing more details its difficult to say either way.

I'd think a stealth box is a bit too small for an eclipse Ti, but who knows. I can't find any box specs for it.
When I saw that sub, it looked to be about the same size as a W6. They do ok in stealth enclosures but would benefit from a little more cu.ft. Wish I could find more specs...even Eclipses web sight doesn't give exact enclosure dimensions.
I still havent gotten an amp, im tight on money and im looking for a deal.

I still don't see that sub in a "small sealed-box enclosure" but that's what the manufacturer states. Nice sub though!!! Put it in a stealth and see what it does...not like you won't be able to sell the sub or the stealth box if it's not what you wanted. Stealth boxes are readily bought and sold on here!!!
