Elemental Designs & JL Audio are both very respectable brands!

The eD subs require a spacer but the Bazooka subs don't.

Personally i was disappointed in my ed's. And ive had nothing but good experiences with elemental designs. Ive bought tons of things from them but then again my factory system was all jacked up when i bout it. I think the wirings screwed. They cut in and out all the time and have almost no output to them. My friends factory monsoon sounds better. Im gonna amp em soon anyways. Im sure that will fix the output problem.

WHen I first got them in (the Bazookas) I measured a known speaker and the stock sail panels sub for depth and the Bazooka was much deeper, about 3/4". So I sold them with a spacer to compensate as it looked to be necessary. However after installation by several people who purchased them it was noted they fit without the 1/2" spacer.
The holes do not line up so a self tap screw or drilling new holes for the screws is necessary. Wiring is the same as stock, bass output is much better than the stock ones.

These bazooka speakers are good upgrade from the stock speakers. Very easy to install as well. If you not looking for too much bass and direct replacements, this is my pick.

FYI, as long as the speaker depth is 3.125" or less you should have no clearance issues.
Also, sound deaden inside the sail panels for best results.
I voted EDs, but CDTs would be my first choice!

If you MUST use sail panel speakers, IMO, Peerless SLS with your own amp.

What do I need to make a SVC 4ohm work with the stock T/A monsoon amp?

Did you run the M6 on the stock amp? Im concerned the stock amp won't be able to drive them well with their 150 rms capability.

I love my ed 6.5 DVC. They are on the stock amp now and sound good. I made a spacer out of 3/8 plywood and it fit fine but I had sound dampner 45mm also.
especially for the price.
