I'm gonna take a stab in the dark and say this thread wont go well....To try and be a little helpful, you probably won't find any of that kind of stuff here. Its considered kind of ricerish and people look down at it. Not me though, its your car do what you want. Try checking on cardomain.com, I've seen some f-bodies on there with underglow neons.

White kits don't do a whole lot. I'd match the color of your car if you could. And if It's white, go with blue or red. Those kick ***. And I'd recommend StreetGlow or PlasmaGlow. Those are the only 2 mainstream brands I know of that work really well.

I dont think it would look bad if it went with the color of the car. Personally I would do LED bars instead of Neons.

Each to their own, I say. Thank God we all have different opinions. Otherwise, it would surely be one boring world.

The only place I would consider putting underglow would be in the rear wheel wells. I'd sit them right on the top, so when I'm doing a burnout I can flip them on and have the smoke look blueish or whatever color. I think it would look cool in the dark, but I'm saving all my money for a few other upgrades sooo, it's only an idea ..

.. I have a cousin with a 91 Z28, LS1/T56 conversion -- The car is all white and it has blue underglow. With his blue C2 gauges and the underglow - the car looks awesome. He is the first person to bash ricers and stick up for his 3rd gen even after he gets smoked in a race (which has never happened), so I don't think underglow is completely ricer = if done right !!

I'll try and find some pics also.

I had had yellow neon to match my decals. Went over a NASTY railroad track and shattered the two middle bars. It was such a bad railroad track, that I could not keep going forward. I had to reverse out. Been thinking about red leds. Come on guys, I know it might be cheesy, but that red RX7 in Fast and the Furious was awesome. I know I committed a sin on this board by mentioning that movie, but someone had to say it.

If you have a Camaro, don't forget to get the double decker wing for it!! Then underglow it as well, both sections. I'd say get the WS6 Ram Air too (still assuming it's a Camaro), the faux exhaust outs that you stick infront of the back tires. EL Wire the whole interior, and a nice chrome color changing LED shift ****! If it's a Firebird and you want to do that, it better be a V6

Now, to be a BIT more serious. I'd only ever EL wire SOME things in the interior. Like around the center console and up around the VAC switches.

I've got blue neons under the SS. Next time I have it out at night I'll snag some pics, but it looks like rain for the next few days.

wow... what are the odds of me spotting this thread... i'll stick my neck out for the sake of a fellow f-body member... here's mine...

I went with white neons because i thought the colored ones were way too ricey... It was important to me to mount them in such a way that you wouldn't be able to see the neon tubes and just the ambean light... I mounted the side neons in the actual rocker panels and cut slits in the bottom of them for the light to shine through.... the front and back are just tucked up nicely out of sight with zip ties...

this is the car...

and here's the neons...

sorry i suck at taking pics... much less pics at night...
