Foglights went out
Foglights went out My foglights quit about a week ago. Switch lights up but they dont. They are new 37 watt 884s, and I tested them they are still good. Is there another fuse or circuit breaker? i found the one by the battery but how to know its good or bad?

Camaro or Firebird? It makes a big difference because the two have their fog lights wired differently.
In a Camaro, the ON indicator light gets power right at the switch so it really only indicates that the switch is working. That probably means that your fog light relay under the hood is bad.
In a Firebird, the ON indicator light is powered from downstream of the relay so it tells you whether both the switch and the relay are working. In that case there has to be a wiring problem between the relay and the lamps or the lamps have bad grounds.
In a Camaro, the ON indicator light gets power right at the switch so it really only indicates that the switch is working. That probably means that your fog light relay under the hood is bad.

There could be other causes but that is by far the most likely. You can test it fairly easily. The relay is in junction block #1 under the hood on the left fenderwell. Pull out the relay and use a short piece of wire to jump the brown wire to the purple wire. If the fog lights go on then you know the relay is bad.
