bezel for touchscreen is done

8" touchscreen, molded the lcd into the stock bezel. I am letting the paint cure overnight and then putting it back together. Painted it flat black, looks great!

Well i have a 94 so it has the blu-ish gray interior and there isnt any spray cans out there to match, i figured flat black would be a good medium.

how did you mold it in? i've never worked with plastics...did you just cut it to size? also wouldn't i have to move my a/c controls? i have a 98 TA

I shaved down the sides of the t/a bezel until the touchscreen bezel fit inside, then i used plastic epoxy to secure it, then i used loc-tite epoxy putty to fill in the sides. Once it hardens you can sand it down smooth. Yes as of right now, my a/c isnt working so until i get a new engine and repair the a/c i will worry about moving the controls, but as far as i know its pretty simple to move the controls to the glove box.
