I want to get rid of my aftermarket HU, and go back to stock. I am doing this because i want my steering controls to work and the unit i have wont allow it. Is it just as easy as pluging the stocker back in and my steering controls should work agian?

Steering wheel controls are lame and you're lazy for not just reaching out a whole 12" and turning a ****. However, get a PAC SWI-X.

...as long as the original harness wasn't butchered during installation of the aftermarket head unit. If it was, you can get replacement connectors at several car audio places.

But the right HU & parts and you can use the steering controls.

The aftermarket HU was in the car when i bought it. It is a cheap and ugly pos and would rather have a stock HU than an aftermarket one. Thanks guys for the input
