i would recommend running a switched relay to your headlights and a switch inline with the brake light switch. there are more then just taillights on our cars....oh and don't do any of this. you will just **** everything up and possibly kill yourself or someone else.

funny thing is, in an actual evade, cops only catch the guy less than 63% of the time, it goes way up to 90 something % if it lasts for more that 7 min.

You can't out run the radio....

"You can't outrun them. You can't destroy them. If you
damage them, the essence of what they are remains...they
regenerate and keep coming. Eventually, you'll weaken. Your
reserves will be gone. They are relentless."

that may be the case, i'm not sure, but one thing i'm positive of is that if you do something stupid like evading cops and you end up killing someone while committing a felony (felony evasion), it's instantly a murder charge....at least that's how it works in the state of TX.

if i'm ever in that situation, i will personally not ever take the chance and run....if you stop, you have a much better chance of not even getting a felony charge.....if you run, it's felony evasion, and if you kill someone while doing it, it's felony evasion & murder, plus whatever other charges they bring up on you in the process of chasing you......

just something to think about.

whoever is eggin this guy on is a ******* idiot. Last guy we caught that tried running lost his car to us, his license, and his kids after we found out one was in the car. Not to mention the Reckless endangerment of a minor charge and a whole slew of moving violations. You cant out run the radio, your plates are reflective and will be seen with out lights, and we outnumber you. Bad move man.

Unless you are going transporter style.

Running from a pig and winning is almost impossible but can be done.

I think it would be way fun, but the consiquences are way too severe for me.

What would also be "fun" is to wire up a switch so that when you push on it, the brake lights go on... To be used as you move the vehicle away from the person tailgating you.

its more fun to downshift, especially an a4 that was in overdrive. so subtle they don't notice right away and you see the nose/headlights dive real quick!

My old car I could light up the brake lights without applying the brakes. Pedal had so much travel I could push it about 1/8" where it would light up the brakes but not actually apply them. Came in handy sometimes heh. The Camaro isn't that way though.

OP is an idiot to even think of running from the cops

Seriously.. who runs from the cops.. Just stupid!..

No matter what you did ..Just pulling over and taking your consequences like a MAN. Is far better than trying to run and being a little bitch and putting other peoples lifes in danger while your at it ..

I dont think this has been mentioned yet but by running from the cops you are liable for the cops life and everybody else. I remember a case that was a few years back where a guy on a sports bike was hauling *** on the freeway and a cop saw him. The guy on the bike was unaware that the cop saw him and kept going. As the cop was chasing the bike he lost control from driver error and was killed. The guy on the bike went to prison for murder and a bunch of other charges.

The justification by the judge was if the rider hadnt been breaking the law the cop wouldnt have died.

he wasn't talking about being able to see the numbers on the plate, he's talking about the way the light from the headlights of the cars chasing him reflects off the plate itself, regardless of what number/letters are on it.....
