Street Actions 5th Annual Toy/Canned Food Drive
Despite the wet weather we managed to make the Street Actions Car Club’s 5th Annual Toy /Canned Food Drive and Car Show at the legendary Vic Hubbard Speed & Marine in Hayward Ca. The event raised lots of food and a truck load (literally) of toys for kids.
Now in its 5th year, the show filled the parking lot at VH’s with everything from Chevrolets, Pontiacs, Cadillac’s, Fords and Mopars to a few BMWs and even an import or two. There were some nice old-school cars and of course, plenty of modern GM muscle.
The weather held for the first few hours but in the end Mother Nature gave us some rain. Even though the weather wasn’t cooperating everyone managed to donate tons of food and toys for local families. If you’re in the Bay Area next holiday season be sure and stop by the event, it’s a good one.
