Work on trying to hook it before you worry about what your 60's should be. That is a whole lot of power to get down! Are your AFCO's DA or SA? I am in the process of installing my Strange DA fronts ... once I come off the line without spinning THAT is where my 60 "should" be.
Nevertheless, you should run some pretty good ET's with that power though a braked 4l80!
With all that said .... first time out .... 1.55's and working toward 1.45's.

DA, when I can I'm also going with there DA coilover in front. Going to try and get the car down to 35-3600 when I get the parts together for it. Just trying to gauge what I should be able to get out of my set up for now. I'm sure I'm asking alot of the DR's I have but hey a little patience and who knows.

I figured with alot of power adjustability would be key to try and get a 275 to hold. I am really just trying to see if i can make a 275 work, since it is a lighter tire before i jump to a 325. I don't have to bfh and fender roll the car.

Without seeing your dyno sheet, it still appears that a 3,600 stall is too low. I would think closer to 4,200, but the dyno sheet would help.
I don't know what you plan on leaving with on the 2 step, but the lowest I can go is 3,000 and that would be way to close to your converter stall. I don't think you could hold your car on the line.
I have 4.88 gears, weigh 3,300 with the driver, 5,600 stall, dual Mark Williams calipers on the rear, and it is like a caged tiger when I leave at 4,000 on the 2 step. I can hold it to 4,200 and that is it.
My best 60's are in the 1.29 range and I go through the lights at about 7,500. This is with a N/A stock eliminator motor that makes around 522 hp.

If it were me, I would take that bad boy out and make a couple of passes. You might be surprised at what is working and what isn't. I know I get surprises all the time.
See what kind of times it runs and where you are having problems. I bet we can get it resolved pretty quickly.

Well I'm only spinning motor to 6600 rpm. I think higher stalls work for n/a but lower is better for boost since power will be on the big end. The stall is what has been recommend. Figure I'm gunna try around 3k launch still not sure how tires will like it, the guys at Lashway are going to help with setting the suspension up. Car will be ready by the end of the month.

I wouldn't go with any more gear than a 4.30 and even that wouldn't give you much room to grow ... you will run out of gear at 128 mph.
As I and others have said, get it out there and see where it is before you go changing too much and make changes one at a time to see what works and keep track of the results. I dropped to a 1.66 60' and still spinning more than I want. Once I get my front DA's on and the front sway off, I will get serious with my E/C settings front and rear. When I am back out, I will also have fresh plugs, wires and fuel filter to be sure it is at its best.
Subscribed .... keep us informed.
