Default FAST 102 + high boost?

Trying to decide on an intake for my turbo LS2 build. Shooting for 1200hp via a GT 4788. Will most likely run around 25psi and am curious if anyone here has been that high with a FAST 102? I would think it may flex at that level but merely speculating at this point. I would run a GMPP but I have a SLP SS hood(96 style) so it probably wont fit. And wilsons are stupid money so thats out of the question.

I dont think any intake today will hold 68 psi on these ls motors or the aftermarket 90 92 or the 102. But over in the corvette forum a friend has a wilson for sell at a good price. But will not fir under any stock hood.

YEah the GMPP would be ideal but I would really hate to hack up my SLP SS hood to hopefully fit it with an elbow. A wilson would be nice, but I have other parts to buy and finding them used is close to impossible. Seems like the consensus is that eventually I will have problems with the composite style manifolds at this power level. Anyone ever seen a GMPP or victor Jr on a 96-97 SS with an LS motor???

I thought the ss lt1 hoods had a lot of "ceiling" space due to the fact that they put that huge air filter setup on top of the intake manifold ? I'm wondering the same question, but my car is a 96' ws6.

I know of one person at 20 psi on a fast 102 seem to be working great has no issues so far.

Im planning on installing a fast 102 on my motor and hoping to push 20 ish though mine too.

The new intake look like it handle it pretty good

Yes the LT1 SS hood does have quite a bit of clearance but where an elbow would hit Im thinking it would need to be trimmed. I have never seen a 96-97 car with a LS motor and victor jr/GMPP manifold. Dont really want to buy one just to find out it doesnt fit.
