Default L92 boost results

Though you guys might want to know,a few months back i wanted to tested out the L92 heads to see what they could hold. Everyone one knows they are cheap and flow great numbers. here is my test setup, it is very inexpensive part, you easlily could double this build budget:
408cu iron block
L92 gm production head
L76 intake
Turbo is a S91
th400
moser 9inch.
PCM is Big stuff 3.
2002 camaro SS

Block:
The block is half filled and O-ringed using LS9 head gaskets with 1/2 head studs torqued to 110lbs. The main caps are stock with larger studs cut in to minimize cap walk. This was cheaper at the machine shop than dowel pinning them. 9:1 compression with diamond pistons. Pistons were coated with a ceramic topcoat and slick side coat.
JR racing did the coatings.

Heads

Stock L92s, Stock valves, stock rockers, comp pushrods, stock valve covers.
Arp studs torqued to 110ftlbs.

Fuel system:
-10 feed, -8 return, magnafuel 4303 external pump, -12 bulkhead mounted in stock tank to feed pump. Aeromotive rails and proseries regulator.

Ignition:
Stock plug wires and stock ls1 coils. Plugs are Autolite 9311 gapped at 16 thousands.

Intake:
L76 stock GM intake, 92mm Throttle body, 4inch ebay intercooler (3in/3out), 3inch piping from turbo to intercooler, 3.5 out to throttle body.

Turbo setup:
Stainless hot pipes fabbed in my garage. S91 Turbocharger, JGS 60mm wastegate. Tial Blow off valve.

Trans and rear end:
Moser 9inch, strange center section, Rossler TH400 RMVB.

Cooling
Griffin radiator, Taurus fan, stock water pump. Runs and idles at 175* on 80* days, ran at 185* with stock ls1 fan.

DYNO:
car made 809rwhp with 12psi of boost and 20* of timing.
car made 988rwhp with 17psi of boost and 15* of timing.

All on E85

i havent dynoed it yet. the car runs a little hot, around 220* so im trying to get it to stay around 200. the pulls were from 40-150mph 2nd and 3rd gear on the street to give it a high load.

I had it on the dyno yesterday for some rough tuning. Turbo will make a little more boost i think. 12 psi was 800rwhp. 16-17psi was 950-988rwhp. NOT a drop of water pushed.

and those numbers are through a th400, moser 9inch and 17 sumotoms 315 tires

were you using a 6.0 ci block-long or short bolt block-didnt know if one was better than the other for converting to 1/2" studs

What compression and how high are you spinning it? Where does it peak? Those tires have to be useless on the street at those power levels. Sounds like it's working pretty good so far. Definitely 8 sec power.

compression is 9.1:1, l76 intake, stock l92s, iron block .030 over, diamond pistons coated. compustar rods, eagle crank. the mains are stock but have larger studs cut and installed, It prevents the caps from moving. Block is oringed, heads are not. on 10lbs of boost the car is actually dangerous on the highway so i will swap out the tires later this week. 10lbs makes around 750rwhp through the th400.

i added a ford taurus fan to the radiator and small stainless deflector underneith and the car crusies at 175* now. doesnt even rise when idleing.
