I would ditch that cam for a more suitable turbo cam? Why do you want twin? You can make that power with one turbo? Is this a 6.0? Whats the bore/stroke

I would switch cams too, no use spending all that money on a forged bottom end then negating it with a stock one. Id suggest you call one of the sponsors that deals with turbo motors and have them spec you a cam.

other than that, I would think you should hit your goal with ease, although the c16 will be a must past 10psi

A Built 370 is a great boost motor! You will have no problem with proper tuning to hit that value. Dont let a ls6 cam let you down after all the money spent for this setup, ditch the ls6 cam and call a turbo sponsor here to spec a cam. I believe the 57's are a little small for a 370 and it will spool so fast it will make your head swim BUT I think they can get you there to 800fwhp. I'm not sure how much more. What are the specs on the turbos? I think you will be hitting your mark around 16lbs

You seem pretty in over your head, rethink what you are trying to do and go over your parts list again, it'll save you money in the long run.

one thing is over my head this is my first chevy powered car

but this twinturbo kit is on a 2000 mustang gt has been 10.20 at 134 at 14 lbs with stock cammed ported heads 2 valve sohc on a 4.6 engine now i wanna try a 6.0 with these twins just for the hell of it ...

all i need is some pointers and i will listen btw the 4.6 was tuned by me on my dyno

now if i knew that i would have built a 6.0 about 6 years ago i would have went single turbo but this is what i have and i wanna do the best i can with it

thanks again

sounds about right, id like it a little bigger, possibly 230-232, but it will defanitly be better than the ls6.

Actually sounds like a good cam. At .050" you will have around -4.5deg of overlap if I did the math right. The duration does seem a little low but we all have to remember they are 57's not 61's or even 67's which is what I would use if it were my 370. The info given on the turbos just like i stated before....they are small and wouldnt be the best turbo sizing BUT they will work. Even if its for just a while and you upgraded later. It will be harder to hit your 800 goal without maxing out those turbos but I think you can do it. I say, sell the turbos, buy larger, re-spec the cam, put the combo together, let her eat, be happy. Good luck bro

The .48 AR exhaust housings are going to hurt you at the top end (high backpressure) but it sure will spool up oober quick.

upsize the exhaust housings if you wanta stick with those turbo's.
