Default Forgot how much I loved driving my Camaro! Winter Storage is OVER!!

The Z28 has been in storage since 10/06. I drove it around for the first time this year, so I can officially say that it's spring now. Drove it about 15 miles, but had to get back home before the rain. Sure enough, as soon as I pulled back into the garage, a little drizzle started. Ah well, at least I had some fun. Got a couple WOT blasts in and some 60+ degree weather cruising.

Damn, I've spent all winter driving 3.8L W and H bodies, and a 2.2L J-body. Driving the V8 F-body was a nice change of pace. I've gotten so used to 140-210hp cars that even my bolt-on LS1 feels quick again.

So who else has just recently brought their F-body/LSx car back to life for the on-season?

Feels good, doesn't it?

Got mine out about a week ago after it sat during the winter. I almost forgot how fun it was to drive after putting around in the 4-cylinder celebrity for the last 5 1/2 months. Today is the second day I've driven it to work, might have to take the T-tops out on the drive home!

No arguement there! I'd probably already live further south if my wife didn't want to stay close to her family.

I'm all about nice weather. I hate snow & cold.

I think you guys in IN are having even nicer cruising weather than us northern IL people today. We're right on the fringe of that storm front at the IL/WI border so it's pretty overcast now.

For you it's probably all sun right now.

Sounds good, but I'll need to borrow someone else's car to make it fair.

I drove mine all winter, but "driving" means putting from school to home. Had some great weather a few weeks back, t-tops came off, then the next day it snowed Looks like after this horrendous storm we had it's time to bring on the rising temps, can't wait.

After the **** ton of rain we got, if there is any salt left I'd be shocked. Then again, I'm surprised NJ didn't salt their roads for good measure

Salt is as bad for cars as habitual drug use, smoking, and heavy drinking is for people.
