Water logged my car
It just happened. If insurance doesnt want to deal with it Is there anything I can do? A friend told me I could pull the sparkplugs and let the water drain out then tap the key to slightly turn the engine (though I doubt it). If nothing can be done what can I salvage off of the engine to put on a short block. And you know what else sucks I ONLY HAD TWO PAYMENTS LEFT

Wow.........I guess everything is bigger in Texas! I figured you'd need to drive the car into a lake to get enough water to hydrolock the motor.
I would try the insurance route. Given the potential cost involved it might take them quite a long time to recoup it even if they do up your rates.

I live in central Texas and it is crazy because this area I live in is considered a natural disaster by Bush and FEMA due to having so much rain.
Should I put my stock air lid on before the adjuster looks at it?

Is the block damaged? Last year I went through a deep puddle and my car sucked up a little bit of water and threw a rod through the side of the block. If the block isn't damaged try pulling all of your spark plugs out and cranking the motor by hand, this can get any water out of the cylinders if there is any.

^^^^+1 on that, I'm not sure if there is an additive for the oil to get rid of water. If you take all the plugs out you won't have any compression so you can crank it over to blow out the water. Then leave them out for a while to let any leftover evaporate. Then i would probably start with a compression test to make sure everything is ok.
