Delete the AIR and EGR and put block off plates on the headers and it'll work just fine.

I wouldn't block off the AIR and EGR. I was told specifically by ARH not to do it because too many people that do it blow holes in their headers. I would either get the right headers for your car or get the proper AIR tubes from someone that has a 98/99 car. If you are going to spend that kind of $, you don't want to end up with a hole in them.

Good point/idea, the plates put extra weight on the un-supported tube as well. It vibrates back and forth and tears at the metal in front of the weld.

i just talked to ARH today and they told me not to run the block off plate too. i need to keep the egr for emissions anyways, i also talked to a performance shop and they told me they could relocate the egr on the headers. has anyone done this before?

Buy the headers and find someone that can weld stainless. Cut off the air and egr tubes and weld up the holes. If it's a good deal for the headers, the few bucks spent to remove the air and egr will be worth it. Plus, it's a heck of a lot easier to work in the engine bay without them in the way.
