Underdrive pulley worth it?
I've got a few bucks for more mods, and I'm thinking of adding a pulley. My engine is stock (heads, cam, crank etc). Is it worth doing at this point, or should I wait until moving to a serious power adder (FI, h/c)?
Thanks.
Thanks.

8rwhp is what we've seen time & time again. I like the mod, it's easy to do & makes good hp for the $$$.

I have line-sag problems with totally stock pulleys
and alternator, on hot days with the A/C on. If
you are in the southland, you may well too unless
you compensate by overspinning the alternator.
It's a shaft RPM, field current limit bind.
