SLP sells the bellow you would need. It's not listed on the website, you would have to call them to order it.

I got everything ftom TSP from the lid to the intake. They have a bellows that will work.

I will be installing them in the next week.

Keep us updated on the gains Steve. I'll be doing the same mods as well shortly.

Hi Guys
I used my 75mm lid with a clamp from Home depot - I think it was a 3.5 metal clamp (clamps attached to the unit). I removed the rubber piece and attached the 85mm MAF with the Lid. The inside diameter appeared to be the same as the MAF. I just butted them together and clamped.

Just installed the Fast 90, NW TB, 85MM Maf and lid. It all fit very well and the car started right up. It really needs a tune and I will get that at Speed Inc. on 7/15. It is running VERY rich right now. I went through almost 1/4 tank in about 35 miles.

You can hear the car breath with this setup. Sounds like a jet engine pulling air.

Will post tune results after the 15th.

I'm running the same exact setup and I couldn't get over just how much air this thing moves...I'm afraid to stand too close as I might get sucked in!

I have NO experience modding an LS1 so I may be simplifying this too much. How can a 90mm TB and 90mm intake make much improvement if all the air has to go thru an 85mm MAF first? Won't this create too much of a bottleneck to realize much improvement?

Thx

The stock MAF and Lid are 75MM. the 85MM maf and lid are HUGE compared to stock stuff.

Yeah, all things being equal the MAF and Lid are still a little bit of a restriction. I don't think they will be much of an issue though.
