Default Reverse split cam, which heads?

didn't get much response in another section so I'm posting here. What is going to be the best head for my cam. Its a 230/228 612/588 110 -1 lsa. I have long tubes, ported throttle body, ls6 manifold, 85mm maf, 4000 stall with 3.73 gears. Shifts at 6500 and rarely sees the street. 5.3 vs a 243 head, what do you think?

a well ported 243 setup will outflow the 5.3L heads.

since its track only just about...i would say that's your best bet.

head over to TEA...they have some amazing ported 243s

i run the X1 and would looking at the TEA stage 2 LS6 heads or save up for some TFS 215 heads.

243 > 5.3 heads, especially for your application. On a budget, that is the best way to go.
